The HUAWEI HK-11WE is an automatic magnetic welding carriage designed for all-position welding of pipes with diameters ranging from 300mm to 1500mm.

Using a fixed-pipe and moving-carriage welding method, the HK-11WE travels around the pipe to perform gas-shielded arc welding.

The standard magnetic carriage configuration can be used without the optional customized rail system, subject to actual welding conditions.

Pipe Diameter: Above 600mm up to 1500mm

A customized guide rail system is required.

The rail size is determined according to the maximum pipe diameter the customer needs to weld.
